What You’re Drawn To

You would think that by living in what’s often referred to as the “Entertainment Capitol of the World” that I would be more than excited to wake up every morning and run to “The Strip” and shoot images of the dramatic and fantastic structures that make up Las Vegas’ skyline until the wee hours of the next morning!

Thing is, as beautiful and impressive as the Strip’s architecture is, I’m really more drawn more to some of the less often viewed beauty that I’ve found in the city and surrounding area.

One of my favorite locations in the city is located between the somewhat historical area of downtown Vegas and the bigger and brighter shinier structures that get most of the attention these days.

Here are some photos from one area that I find more interesting and photogenic.

Located just a couple blocks away from this local artwork is one of my other favorite points of interest in Vegas… the tracks.
