How to Shoot in Low Light with the Fuji X-T1

February 15, 2016 By Ted 5 Comments

The EVF is amazing on the Fuji X-T1. It’s one of my favorite things about the camera. The EVF allows you to have an preview of exactly what your exposure, film simulation, DOF and white balance will be, even before your take the shot!

But what if you’re shooting in low light? What if you’re doing a low light photo shoot with the only real source of light being a single flash. Looking through the EVF and seeing that dark preview might not be all that helpful. In this video I explain how you can do this kind of photo shoot and get around the EVF’s exposure preview.
