Stylish Alternative Lens Hood for the Fuji XF 35mm f2 – LH-XF35-2
This is a VERY COOL alternative lens hood from Fujifilm for their XF 35mm f2 lens. Strong metal build quality, and I've always really appreciated this style of lens hood. It has the same vented design like the one Fuji makes for it's X100 series.I got mine on Amazon from a seller who sells them for $69.99 but they are usually out of stock. This setup really allowed me to get in and capture the kind of moments I was hoping to get. The camera and lens combination gave me a small, non-intrusive way to get close enough and get all the shots I wanted without … [Read more...]
Birthday Time!
My nephew, one of my favorite people just turned 7 and celebrated with a few friends at Chucky Cheese. Man, what a great place! (I'd never been there before)It was great covering the event with the Fujifilm X-T1, and the only lens I used was the XF 35mm f2 for the whole day. While I was shooting, it did feel a bit tight using a 50mm (equiv) focal length, but when I got home and saw the photos I … [Read more...]
