Henri Cartier-Bresson is one photographer who has inspired me the most, especially in my street and cultural photography. I was down on the strip last night and got this shot. If you can’t tell, I was standing out in front of the Venetian. Although the complete lack of focus in this shot isn’t exactly what Bresson was referring to, his famous quote definitely came to mind the minute I saw the image and it made me smile. The fact that nothing in this shot is in focus is what made it a beautiful photo to me.
